Install Swaddly and sign in with your email address. We email you a 6-digit code; there’s no password. Then tap Start a household, add your baby, and invite the other parent.

In Settings → Household, tap Invite someone and enter their email address. They get an email with a link that works for 7 days.

Install Swaddly and sign in with the email address the invite was sent to. The invite shows up on the Welcome screen: tap Join household. From then on you both see every entry as soon as it’s saved.

Yes. Add a baby in Settings → Babies. Each baby has their own log and their own feeding reminder.

You sign in with a code we email you. You only do it once on each phone, and you stay signed in until you sign out.

Check your spam and promotions folders for an email from no-reply@swaddly.app. After 60 seconds you can tap Resend code. If it still doesn’t come, check the address is spelled right, or write to us.

Yes. On New entry, tap Change next to the time. Pick 15 min, 30 min or 1 h ago, or choose Today or Yesterday and any time. Entries can’t be in the future.

Tap it on the Timeline to edit it. Delete entry removes it straight away, and Undo brings it back for a few seconds.

Yes. In Settings → Tracking → Events, turn off anything you don’t use, like pumping or baths. You can also choose which feeding types show up. These settings are shared by your household.

Yes. Entries save on your phone instantly and reach the other parent’s phone when you’re back online.

Yes. Settings → More → Print blank log sheet makes a one-page sheet to fill in by hand, handy for a babysitter or daycare.

In Settings → Babies, tap a baby and turn on Feeding reminder, then choose how many hours after a feed it goes off. It counts from the last feed logged on either phone, so it won’t go off right after the other parent fed.

Check that notifications are allowed for Swaddly in your phone’s settings, and that a Focus or Do Not Disturb mode isn’t holding them back.

Only the people in your household. Swaddly has no ads and no analytics, and never sells your data. The privacy policy has the details.

Yes. Turn on Require Face ID in Settings → Account (your phone’s fingerprint or face unlock on Android), and choose how soon it locks again.

Everyone who signs up before January 1, 2027 gets Swaddly free for good.

Settings → Household → Leave household. If you’re the last person in it, the household and its log are deleted.
